My day begins with laughter ignoring logic and
pure sense the reflection in the mirror tells me
I’m awake while I open up the curtains the sun
shines on my face. I wander here and there
through a maze inside my head the colour
here has faded but the truth remains the same
every day I battle and regain balance in my
brain. Please kind soul, come to me, come
closer to my bed assist me in removing this
device that’s on my head, it controls my
thoughts and reads my mind but I manage to
keep secret my spirit’s true desire. Delusions
that haunt me I want to escape but in beautiful
fantasies I want to remain Why fall into a
predictable and ordinary world? where all its
players have the same common goal. The day
is ending and shadows claim the skyI hear the
lithium symphony playing in my heart.
